Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Event Conceptualization: Collaborate with WorldEd Foundation staff to brainstorm event ideas, themes, and objectives aligned with the organization's mission and goals. 

• Program Development: Contribute to the development of event programs, agendas, and schedules, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and audience preferences. 

• Participant Engagement: Help promote events and engage participants through marketing, outreach, social media, and communication strategies to maximize attendance and participation. 

• On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, facilitation of activities or workshops, and coordination of speakers or presenters. 

• Post-Event Evaluation: Assist in evaluating event success, collecting feedback from participants, and documenting lessons learned to inform future event planning efforts.

Hours Requirement: Students are expected to commit approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on the event's complexity and timeline.
